    F.A.Q.

Why do I need this course if I’m not a designer and don’t work with prototypes?

The UX Matters course is for those who are responsible for the success of the product or make important decisions during the requirements collection and development phases. The prototype is just a tool. It helps visualize ideas related to the future product. Perhaps now you are not creating simple prototypes, but describing your thoughts with words only because it is easier to convey ideas in the usual way, but not always more effective.

Of course, the designer will help you visualize the ideas, if he correctly understood you and knows how to build the right user experience. And if you (or a stakeholder) have a question as to why the designer drew it this way, can you argue the decision?

Modern users are increasingly “eye-loving”. To improve the product, you need to know what to pay attention to and how to test interfaces, so working with UX will save you a lot of nerves, time and money.

Everything is free on the internet, why waste money?

Of course, there are video guides on Figma and many articles on UX, but all these materials are designed for a wide audience, and you will need a lot of time to organize the knowledge and understand how to use it in your work.

Most managers don’t understand UX not because it’s something secret, but because it’s hard to be an expert at everything at the same time.

We developed the course program based on the needs of the market and employers. We learned what knowledge is most often lacking to analyze the situation on the project, and where it will not help to learn something in the theory, and necessarily need to work out the skill in practice. All this we have put into the course, where together with experts you can disassemble your own products, and discuss different cases.

    How are the classes conducted?
    • Classes are conducted in the format of 1,5-hour webinars
    • There’s little theory, only the most essential for the development of skills, all theoretical materials are supported by examples and cases from the real practice of the lecturer and visual materials, so you can immediately see what is good, and what is bad, and learn to make decisions.
    • You are assigned a personal curator, from whom you can always get advice or help.
What level of knowledge is required for this course?

UX Matters will benefit everyone who works in IT and is faced with making decisions related to design and user experience. We have designed the program so that the classes are useful to both beginners and those who have already formed the basis of knowledge and visualize ideas with the help of prototypes.

This course will NOT work for you if:

    • You are an UX designer with experience from 2 years. In this case, you should know 80% of the material.
    • You do not work in IT and only dream to get there. In this case, you better first decide on the basic profession. Check out to our DAO PM or I AM BA courses.
    Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, we will issue you a course completion certificate. It will be available online for pinning on LinkedIn. Also, when you complete the homework and pass the exam, you can get a certificate of honor.

Can tuition be paid in installments?

Yes, it can be paid in installments. The conditions for splitting payments are discussed individually for each specific case.

    Still in doubt?
